Return Policy
Vivid Nuance offers a 7 day money back guarantee on all items, provided the packaging is not damaged and that the watch has no physical damage or showing wear and tear through customer use. The customer will be responsible for courier costs and we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the items value.
In order to return an item you need to lodge an email with sales@vividnuance.co.za OR contact us on +27 (0) 65 519 4487 and follow the below instructions:
– Place the original package into a box for shipping.
– Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
– Please do not damage original manufacturer’s package as this will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If the item is defective and still under warranty (2 years), we will then repair at our cost or alternatively if the item cannot be fixed we will then replace or refund at our discretion.
