What warranty does Vivid Nuance give us?

Vivid Nuance ensures that all watches are in good working order and that no damage is visible to the watch before shipping. We take extra care to ensure that we package the watches correctly to ensure no damage during shipment.

Vivid Nuance will cover the internal watch mechanism with a 1 year warranty, provided that there is no physical (external or internal) damage or water / moisture damage to the internal mechanism. The warranty will also become null and void should the watch be opened by yourself / another third party.

Customers may lodge a warranty claim by emailing sales@vividnuance.co.za and providing us with a description of the problem. It will be the customers responsibility to cover costs of courier to deliver the watch to us. Upon receiving the watch we shall then have our team evaluate the issue and provide feedback within 5 business days. Should it be found that the issue is beyond repair then a replacement watch will be offered.

What is your typical delivery time for a watch?

Your shipment will take approximately 2-4 business days. We always try to deliver our watches on time and have a 97% satisfaction rate. Outer laying areas unfortunately takes an extra day or two once shipped.  Unfortunately shipping is not always controlled by us and is out of our hands and we can expect delays such as customs or busy peak periods such as Christmas Holiday Season.

Can you take me through the process and timelines?

Sure! Once a payment is made to Vivid Nuance, we will need the payment to clear in our account.

Once payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your order for shipping immediately.

What courier do you use?

We use The Courier Guy to ship our watches around South Africa.

Are the watches brand new?
